Have you ever experience the situation, when you fill up a form, submit it and poof:  you get an error, or what if you browser crashes or the light fluctuates, or you internet connection fails? Now all the data you typed is lost and you have lost a great value of time. It really feels an itch in the nose to type the details again.

Lazarus lets you get rid of this panic, it automatically encrypt the form data and saves it . You can then restore that data by single click.  If you have lost data then right click anywhere at the form, now choose the “Recover form” from pop up and all the data will be restored and breathe a sign of relief.

Lazarus can be configured by using its settings.

Lazarus is available for both Firefox and Chrome.

If you want more value from time you spend online, if you want to see less and know more, if you want to click less and do more then Firefox show you its power by providing you a great add-on which helps you save your precious time and do more in less time. Particularly if you are a researcher, blogger, or journalist then interclue is the right choice for you.
Interclue gives you a summary of the contents of any hyperlink available on the web page. It enables you to visit the web pages before visiting the pages. When you will hover over a web link, an icon will be displayed at the hyperlink. Hover over icon and a preview pop-up box will be displayed.

The preview pop-up includes:
  • The linked page text;
  • The linked page thumbnail (upper-right corner);
  • “Meta clues” that provide further info on the linked page.
  • Preview the next/previous similar link in the same window (for example, for Make Use Of home page, you can load the preview of each post one by one in the same dialog);
  • Bookmark the link;
  • Open the page in a new background tab;
  • Email the preview window content;
  • Copy the preview window content;
  • Access your tools options.
The latter is actually pretty useful feature (but probably that’s what I call “too much”). The Meta clues can include:
  • Delicious saves and tags;
  • The number of downloadable files on the target page;
  • Page date, etc
Different Types of Links
Other types of icons may appear upon mouse-over in some cases

1. HTML anchors (or “named” anchors):
This will usually work for “Comments”, “Read more”, links from the blog home page, for example. The preview window will show exactly the part of the page where the link anchors to:

2. Redirected links

See the redirect icon and learn the ultimate link target upon hover

3. Image links:

The preview window lets you see a larger version of the linked image and some additional information

Using “Options” you can customize this add-on. Interclue is a firefox add-on. You can get it from there.

FlashGot is a free Mozilla Firefox extension that is designed for those who do a lot of downloading. It can handle large numbers of batch downloads with it's own intuitive download manager.
This simple but powerful plugin can even handle batch downloads for many anonymous or redirected download link services such as anonym.to, tinyurl.com, moourl.com, anonymz.com, shorten.ws and tubeurl.com.

This most recent version has been updated to support rapidly growing sites such as megaupload.com, rapidshare.com and depositfiles.com.
The one drawback is the constant update warnings. You'll find that frequently, when it comes to starting Firefox, FlashGot will prompt you for an update which is a bit annoying but a small price to pay for a great download manager. No more clicking multiple links and "Save as" – FlashGot simply scans the page for downloadable links and then you select which ones you need.

 Features:
  • FlashGot Link (contextual menu or Ctrl-F1 or Alt+Click on a link) – downloads through the default download manager the link under the mouse pointer.
  • FlashGot Selection (menu or Ctrl-F2 or Alt+Click with an active selection) – catches links in hilighted text/images, attempting also pure text to anchors conversion, performing some "smart" replacement like turning "hxxp://" into "http://".
    Many download forums list links to password-protected archives (usually RAR or ZIP), followed by an indication of the password to open them. If you select the links and the password by dragging the text selection with your mouse, and then you use the FlashGot Selection command, the password will be passed to the download manager inside the description of the links, so you can easily retrieve it when the download is completed with no need to annotate it manually.
  • FlashGot All (menu or Ctrl-F3) – grabs all the links found in the current page and dispatches them to the default download manager, which could offer an easy interface* to filter and select the file that will be downloaded in a batch.
    * built-in filter dialog is provided by every
    Windows/Mac OS X download manager except GetRight and cURL. On Linux, your best open source native option is Downloader 4 X 2.5.4 or above. Alternatively you can try one one of the Windows-only download managers which are supported through Wine by FlashGot version 0.9.9 or above.
  • FlashGot Tabs (menu or Ctrl-F6) – performs a "FlashGot All" on every tab open in the current window. Notice that this command is hidden by default from the context menu: you can show it using the Menu options.
  • FlashGot Media (menu or Ctrl-F7) – it's enabled only when a streaming video or audio clip is playing in the current browser tab: this command intercepts downloadable addresses of the content pieces played so far in the page and sends them to the download manager. Tested on Youtube movies, it should work in many other situations as well. Furthermore, when a video or audio content is intercepted and ready for FlashGot media, a status bar icon flashes as a notification: you can either left click it to download all the streams at once, or right click to choose among multiple streams, if more than one have been found.
