“Chromed bird” is a Google chrome extension build for twitter lovers. Its purpose is to provide its users an easy of access to twitter to make sharing more quick and simple. It may lack on things like on tweet video and picture viewing capabilities, but it is incredibly light weight and has all the basic functionality one would ever want.
Once installed, a twitter icon will be placed before browser’s address bar.

Clicking on it will display a light weight dropdown containing all the basic functionalities, a user needs. As you can see, this dropdown contains your recent or unified tweets, home, favorites, and DMs, lists, a tweet composer, an alert icon to alert you of new tweets.
Now Hovering over the tweets will allow you to
- Mark your tweets as Favorite
- Reply to the current tweet
- Retweet
- Share (Old school RT)
The “icon” below the twitter box enables you to tweet the web you are currently visiting.
